This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through hotelleeprime.com, what happens when you contact us on WhatsApp, and what we record when you stay with us. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than long and vague.
The short version. This website has no login, no shopping cart and no payment form. We never ask for card details online. The booking form on our site does not send anything to a server — it simply opens WhatsApp with your message ready for you to send, so you stay in control of what is shared and when.

2. What the website collects
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — which pages are read, which buttons are tapped, and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us decide what to improve. It is aggregate and statistical; we do not use it to identify individuals.

Your IP address is anonymised before it reaches Google, and we have not enabled advertising or remarketing features. We do not sell or share this data with anyone.
3. Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics ones (_ga and
_ga_…), used to tell one visit apart from another. There are no advertising or
tracking cookies from anyone else.
You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings, or install Google's official opt-out add-on. The website works normally either way — nothing on it depends on cookies.
4. When you message us on WhatsApp
If you tap a WhatsApp button, your message and phone number reach us through WhatsApp, and that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this one. We use it to answer your enquiry, confirm availability and arrange your stay. We keep enquiry conversations only as long as we reasonably need them for that booking and our records.
Please do not send card numbers, bank details, UPI PINs or photographs of identity documents over WhatsApp. We will never ask for them there.
5. Information we record at the hotel
Indian law requires hotels to record the identity of every guest. At check-in we verify a valid government photo ID for each guest and enter the required details in the guest register, and where applicable submit them to the relevant government portal. This is a legal obligation, not something we can waive on request.
We keep these records for as long as the law requires and use them for no other purpose — not for marketing, and not shared with any third party except where we are legally required to.
6. What we do not do
- We do not take payments on this website.
- We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired.
7. Other websites
You may also find us on travel platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Expedia, and on Google, Instagram and Facebook. When you use those services you are also covered by their privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Your choices
